Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all electric scooters across Canada.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
  • Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard shipping times may vary based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

  • Return Window: You may return a product within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Process:
  1. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
  2. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (at your expense).
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, notify us within 14 days. Upon verification, we will provide a return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty covers:

  • 6-month warranty on all electrical components.
  • 1-year warranty on motors.

What’s Covered?
✔ Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
✔ Repairs or replacements of defective components (excluding shipping costs).

What’s Not Covered?
✖ Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
✖ Wear and tear, including tires, batteries, and cosmetic damage.
✖ Water damage due to improper storage or usage.
✖ Repairs done by unauthorized service centers.
