This is a wicked store to get all your e-scooter and ebike products in Canada. This was my third scooter purchase from these guys. Never had a problem in the customer service is awesome. Shipping was lightning fast from Quebec to Edmonton Alberta as well. Never more than a week. Got a Dualtron, wolf King GT PRO and now an inmotion RS! Now I need to start collecting the e-bikes. Haha. I purchased a Nami Superstellar ESCOOT from them in December of 2024 and they have been wonderful to work with so far. I received the scoot in time and they have agreed (no questions asked) to replace the rear fender extender which was scratched up (most likely from the shipping either from China or from them) once they get the parts.Since it is a new model in the highly respected Nami line there are not a lot of help files (except for a bit stuff on youtube) and the rather skimpy manual which incidentally doesn't cover all the various settings. Zeshi, in the meantime, has been absolutely wonderful to work with...providing me all the answers I needed via email in a timely, clear and concise manner.Since most of us don't have the option to purchase these sorts or products in person we are beholden to online retailers and variable pricing/post purchase support. EZ Wheel offers very competitive pricing and has proven to be a great choice on my part when it comes to after sales service which is critical for anyone looking to do what I am/was seeking to do. The last thing you want to is be left stranded when it comes to PEV's (personal electric vehicles), but if my experience is anything to go by EZ Wheel in Montreal, CA has got your back. More than impressed with the quality of service I received during my visit on Tuesday. I was not expecting much since I hadn’t purchased my scooter from them and was prepared to pay the big bugs for my problem… but no! I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only did they fix my issue on the spot, they only even showed me how to fix it myself in case it would reoccur in a near future to save me the drive.
