EZWheel Warranty Policy

At EZWheel, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

All products come with a standard warranty as required by Canadian law. Please note:

  • Our hardware is tested before arrival.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to issues caused by incorrect use, improper assembly, accidental or external damage.
  • Customers must inspect their order upon receipt. If there are any concerns, please contact us immediately.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, etc.) is required for warranty claims.

Warranty Periods

  • Electrical Components: 12-month defect warranty
  • Motor: 12-month defective warranty
  • Non-Essential Electrical Components (Lights, horn, blinkers, buttons): 3-month defect warranty

🔹 Coverage: Parts are covered under warranty. However, labor and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage or malfunctions resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper repair, misdiagnosis of problems, exposure to elements, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintenance and use.
  • Consumable parts, including but not limited to kickstand, fenders, brake pads, tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake discs, etc.
  • Products purchased from a non-authorized reseller or individuals.
  • Products without matching proof of purchase.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or surface wear).
  • Disassembly of components not specified in the manual.
  • Water damage from prolonged exposure to rain, snow, or submersion in water/slush.
  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery degradation.
